2. Revenues in accordance with EITF Issue No.99-19 "Reporting Revenue Gross as a Principle versus Net as an Agent" are presented from the year ended March 31, 2001.
3. ROA is calculated by dividing income from consolidated operations before income taxes (Net income through the fiscal year ended March 31, 2005) by average total assets at the beginning and end of the fiscal year.
4. Net debt-to-equity ratio is calculated by dividing gross interest-bearing liabilities, minus cash and cash equivalents and time deposits, by total shareholders' equity.
Gross interest-bearing liabilities is defined as short-term debt and long-term debt, including current maturities, less the effect of markdowns on liabilities.
