 Mitsubishi Corporation (MC) plays a key role in building business opportunities in the Atlantic market by keeping a step ahead of the changing market for liquefied natural gas (LNG), and creating business models which anticipate rapid growth we expect to see in LNG trading in the Atlantic region. We respond to fluctuations predicted for the markets in the Pacific region by focusing on changes in demand from existing customers, adjusting for both short-term and long-term LNG needs both in Japan and globally. From January 2009, MC will begin importing LNG through the Freeport LNG Terminal, which is being built in Texas, and we will commence sales of natural gas in the U.S.  Short-term and long-term coordination of liquefied natural gas (LNG) demand, and LNG sales to Europe and the United States
