The Asset Finance & Business Development Division provides financial solutions that meet our clients' needs in various industries through fund management in areas such as real estate and healthcare. It also markets aircraft-related products, and using its know-how acquired from such services, it is engaged in businesses such as aircraft leasing, domestic car leasing and overseas leasing. In addition, it provides a variety of financial solution services, including project finance, highly-efficient insurance solutions and settlement infrastructure services.
While expanding the existing business base through such means as increasing the types of securitizable real estate, restructuring the domestic car leasing business, developing the aircraft leasing business, and cultivating the market and developing marketing for aircraft services, the Asset Finance & Business Development Division will develop new businesses that respond precisely to clients' needs by welding together its marketing and financial capabilities in each product area. It will cooperate with each related group company through funds such as the infrastructure fund and healthcare business fund, and will further expand its business by showcasing Mitsubishi Corporation's comprehensive capabilities. In addition, it will build an even greater value chain by expanding its solution services based on its financial and other capabilities.
