Since 2003, MC has held an annual outdoor camp during the fall at Lake Yamanakako in Japan for children with learning disabilities. The camp is planned and operated by Tokyo YMCA with assistance from MC as a collaborative program; employees participate on a volunteer basis as camp leaders.
The program offers children a variety of challenges designed to build self-confi dence and increase communication skills by learning how to work together in teams. Approximately 40 children participate over 3 days.
