Natural Gas and Petroleum Division

The principal products of this division are LNG and crude oil, but we are also active in petroleum products, carbon materials and carbon products, as well as (through an associated company) LPG.

Mitsubishi Corporation (MC) produces LNG in a number of countries in Asia, but is also active in the purchase and sale of LNG cargoes worldwide to provide customers with reliable supplies. MC is also pursuing new investment opportunities through the entire value chain from exploration to marketing. The company produces crude oil, not only in Asia, but also in Africa, the North Sea and the Gulf of Mexico. In addition, MC buys and sells crude oil around the world.
