The IT Planning Department assists the CIO (Chief Information Officer) who manages the overall control of MC's introduction of new information technologies and formulates and executes plans to introduce next-generation IT infrastructures within the entire MC Group. In addition, the Department also establishes MC-wide information technology policies for preparing rules relating to new IT introductions, promoting system standardization, fostering and training IT personnel, and internal control responses concerning information security and IT.
