Through macroeconomic, semi-macroeconomic (industry-level) and microeconomic (company-level) research and analysis, the Corporate Strategy and Research Department provides internally and important clients with strategic planning and proposals that are helpful to management, and conducts support activities that help with their actual implementation.
Overview
The Corporate Strategy & Research Department, through macroeconomic, semi-macroeconomic (industry-level) and microeconomic (company-level) research and analysis, provides proposals and support to top management, the business groups and important clients as well as support for top management's activities in the business community.
MC aims to be a "a new industry innovator," and together with working on building a fresh framework to review existing industry categories and supporting the creation of new ones, we are reorganizing our existing businesses and creating new businesses opportunities. In order to support these kinds of activities, the Corporate Strategy & Research Department conducts research, analysis and creates proposals that look at socioeconomic trends such as the structure of various industries, their value chain and regulatory reforms.
Strategy
Through a variety of investigative research into the economy, industry, commercial rights structures and new trends (the economy, society, regions, industry and companies), we accomplish our five-fold mission, namely: (1) business strategy analysis; (2) business strategy support; (3) regional strategy support; (4) R&D strategy support; and (5) support for external relation activities. In this way, we look to support MC and its business investments to develop new business and pursue growth in line with the vision of "A New Industry Innovator". Through our subsidiary, TechnoAssociates Inc., we also provide business strategy and technology strategy consulting services to parties inside and outside the company.
