In the Human Care & Media Division, MC provides total solutions ranging from outsourcing services and management support businesses for hospitals to peripheral services in the fields of medical care and nursing care, which are experiencing deregulation and an infusion of vitality from private enterprise. Through these activities, we are contributing to improved service quality and greater efficiency in these fields.
Through experiences of retailer that interacts with consumers through diverse media channels, such as TV, publications, the Internet, mobile phones, and real-world stores, the Division provides consumers with information and media content and also provides solutions such as sales promotion methods that utilize point based loyalty programs and media content and payment settlement schemes that consumers feel secure about using.

The Human Care & Media Division provides optimal solutions to clients across the broad business field of medical and nursing care by leveraging MC's unique total coordination capabilities as a general trading company with strategic subsidiaries that has the mobility to perform roles throughout the value chain.
