Announcement of Tokyo Head Office Partial Relocation

We are pleased to inform you that our Shinagawa and Marunouchi Head Office operations have been combined in Marunouchi, as of Thursday, May 7th, 2009. Our Shinagawa offices vacated their present location in the Shinagawa Grand Central Tower, and have joined our current Marunouchi offices in the existing Mitsubishi Shoji Building and new Marunouchi Park Building.

Mitsubishi Shoji Building :	Corporate Staff Section, Corporate Planning Division, Corporate Development Section (IT Planning Dept., IT Services Development Div.), Energy Business Group and Metals Group
Marunouchi Park Building :	Internal Audit Dept. Corporate Development Section (New Energy Development Div., Environmental & Water Business Development Div.), Industrial Finance, Logistics & Development Group, Machinery Group, Chemicals Group and Living Essentials Group

MC also has offices (part of the Living Essentials Group) in the JR Ebisu Building.
