Subsidiary Venture Republic Inc. Revises Full-Year Forecasts for the Fiscal Year Ending December 31,2009

Mitsubishi Corporation (MC) today announced that consolidated subsidiary Venture Republic Inc. has revised its earning forecasts for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2009, which were announced with results for the previous fiscal year on February 13, 2009.

This will have a negligible effect on MC’s consolidated and non-consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2010.
