Although that company was dissolved in 1947, these principles were adopted as the corporate philosophy of Mitsubishi Corpo-ration, and their spirit continues to shape the actions of its man-agement and employees today. The Three Corporate Principles also serve as the cornerstone of the management ethos shared across the many independent Mitsubishi companies. United by a common heritage and philosophy, these companies—active in diverse industries—continue to thrive through a strong spirit of friendly competition.Corporate Responsibility Corporate Responsibility to Society to Society “Shoki Hoko”Integrity and Integrity and Fairness Fairness “Shoji Komei”Global Understanding Global Understanding Through BusinessThrough Business“Ritsugyo Boeki”Strive to enrich society, both materi-ally and spiritually, while contributing towards the preservation of the glob-al environment.Maintain principles of transparency and openness, conducting business with integrity and fairness.Expand business, based on an all- encompassing global perspective.Corporate Philosophy – The Three Corporate Principles
