Living Essentials Group : Retail Division

At the Retail Division, we contribute to providing consumers with healthy, secure and safe lifestyles and comfortable living environments through a wide range of service businesses established from the consumer's perspective.

At the Retail Division, which handles products and services with important roles in consumers' daily lives, we operate businesses in the retail and food service sectors, such as convenience stores and supermarkets. Through these operations, the division provides a variety of solutions, particularly in the field of providing daily necessities for a wide range of categories from food to fashion apparel and household supplies. Other solutions include providing information and contents through media such as television, the internet and cellphones, and sales promotion using point-based loyalty program services and media content. In these ways, the division comprehensively meets the needs of consumers.

The Retail Division provides optimum solutions in the retail field, by taking full advantage of MC's total coordination capabilities global integrated business enterprise together with the business investees that comprise its value chains.

Furthermore, we realize that the ongoing diversification of consumer lifestyles provides business opportunities, and we will provide products and services imbuing high added value from the consumers' perspective.
