Acasia Foods Co., Ltd., headquartered in Dalian, operates food courts, Chinese cafeterias, and company cafeterias in major cities across mainland China. It also supplies food products to clients such as convenience stores and supermarkets from its central kitchen.

d-rights (English)

An international copyright management company focuses mainly on animated works and characters (animation). Centered on "Beyblade", an animated series representative of the company's work, d-rights Inc. carries out product planning and sales activities, as well as producing related works. Furthermore, in addition to content production, d-rights Inc. carries out planning and implementation of sales promotion utilizing advertisement media.

Transaction Media Networks (Japanese)

An electronic settlement service (mainly contactless) provider. It provides “Thin-Client” service to any payment required business like retailers. By processing every settlement at the server side, Thin-Client enables lower cost, stronger expandability, better security. TMN is the world's first developer and provider of Thin-Client system. It is also ready for new services other than settlement, such as loyalty point, coupon, authentication, NFC, EMV etc.

PT. Fast Retailing (Indonesian)

PT. Fast Retailing Indonesia was established in Oct 2012 in Indonesia as a joint venture with Fast Retailing to sell 'UNIQLO' brand casual wear. Its stores are located mainly in Jakarta, and it operates 10 stores as of February 28, 2017.

Muji Europe Holdings (English)

Muji Europe Holdings Limited (MEH) is a joint venture with Ryohin Keikaku Co., Ltd. which operates retail stores for the 'MUJI' brand. MEH is the parent company of the Muji trading companies in the European region. As of February 28, 2017, they are selling MUJI products at 44 stores operated in Europe, primarily in the UK.


UNIQLO Thailand was established in May 2011 as a joint venture with Fast Retailing to sell 'UNIQLO' brand casual wear. Its stores are located mainly in Bangkok, and it operates 34 stores as of February 28, 2017.

Muji U.S.A. (English)

Muji U.S.A. Limited is a joint venture with Ryohin Keikaku Co., Ltd., which operates retail stores for the "MUJI" brand. As of February 28, 2017, they are selling MUJI products at 14 stores operated in the United States of America.

Life (Japanese)

Life Corporation is the largest food supermarket chain in the industry with 262 stores as of January 2017, in the Tokyo metropolitan and Kinki areas. Through highly-spirited, reliable management, the company aims to be the No. 1 regional food supermarket chain most trusted by customers under the corporate philosophy of contributing to the development and improvement of society.

Loyalty Marketing, (Japanese)

In addition to managing the general operations of the coalition loyalty program "Ponta," Loyalty Marketing, Inc. (LM) operates a multi-faceted marketing support business. Cermaq process salmon into smoked salmon, fillets, etc and supply good quality salmon products to all over the world.

Toyo Reizo Co., (Japanese)

Foodlink Corporation's mission is to contribute to the development of the livestock industry and food culture through product development and sales related to livestock integration. Itoham Yonekyu Holdings (English)

With headquarters in Kansas, the center of the grain belt in the United States, Agrex procures and trades grains. The company deals in corn, soybeans, wheat and other commodities mainly within US and for export market.

Agrex Australia Pty (English)

With headquarters in Melbourne and a branch in Perth, Agrex Australia procures and trades grains.The company owns one export Terminal in Newcastle (Newcastle Agri Terminal :NAT).

Agrex do Brasil (Portuguese)

A grain company in Brazil, which has the largest scope for growth in agricultural land in the world. MC made this company into a subsidiary in 2013 with the aim of responding to an increasing demand for grain and oilseeds, particularly in Asia. The company's business includes export, storage, logistics, commercialization, production of grain/oilseeds commodities and sale of agricultural materials (seeds, fertilizers and agricultural chemicals).


One of the world's largest coffee plantations, this is jointly managed by Ipanema Agricola S.A., which operates the plantation business, and Ipanema Comercial e Exportadora S.A., which operates the sales and exporting business. Equipped with a management system for production traceability and agricultural chemical use, the Ipanema plantation produces high-quality Brazilian coffee that is certified by US and EU certifying bodies as being environmentally friendly and CSR-compatible.

MC Coffee do Brasil Ltda

Handling the bulk of MC's coffee business, MC Coffee do Brasil Ltda is a green coffee bean exporter located in Brazil, the world's top green coffee bean producing country. Through its purchasing, selecting and sorting, and exporting activities, it strives to provide a stable, high-quality supply of green coffee beans while satisfying market needs such as safety, quality and traceability.

Cape Flattery Silica Mines Pty., (English)

The company mines, refines and sells silica sand, which is the primary raw material for glass products such as plate glass and LCD glass. The silica sand, taken by the company from the largest silica sand mine in the world located in Australia, has been sold by MC to Japan, and Asian countries for over 40 years since 1968.

Sesaco (English)

Sesaco has developed unique patented varieties of sesame that can be mechanically harvested, enabling modern farming techniques to be introduced to a traditionally labor intensive practice, and has developed a solid supply chain of sesame based on traceable and food safety assured products.

Nosan (English)

The four primary business segments of the company are its Animal Feed Business, its Aqua Feed Business, its Food Business (hen egg sales such as 'Hikari' brand of iodine-enriched eggs), and its Life-Tech Business (including the manufacture and sales of pet food). The company develops its business in each of these segments to 'Promote Food & Life for Tomorrow.'
