Urban development project on the outskirts of Ho Chi Minh City

In the northeastern part of Ho Chi Minh City, where housing demand is escalating in line with transportation infrastructure development, Mitsubishi Corporation is promoting township development on a site covering approximately 271 hectares jointly with Vinhomes, Vietnam’s largest real estate developer. The urban development project involves creation of a new urban setting with a population of 200,000 residents that will be equipped with various urban functions such as housing, commercial facilities, offices, schools, sports facilities, hospitals, and parks.
