Philippine North-South Railway Extension Project

The Philippine North-South Railway Extension Project involves designing, manufacturing, and installing all railway systems (trackwork, signals and telecommunications equipment, power distribution equipment, overhead contact lines, automatic fare collection machines, platform doors, etc.) for the extension sections of the North-South Commuter Railway in Metro Manila and its surrounding areas, to be delivered to the Department of Transportation of the Republic of the Philippines. The project is expected to help alleviate severe traffic congestion by meeting increasing public transportation demand in Metro Manila and its surrounding areas caused by the rapidly growing economy and population.
