Mitsubishi Corporation (“MC”)(TSE 8058;LSE MBC) consolidated subsidiary, Metal One Corporation, decided to acquire shares of common stock in M.O.Tec Corporation (Securities Code: 9961, listed on the Second Section of Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc.) through a tender offer at its Board of Directors Meeting held on December 20, 2012 and commenced the tender offer on December 21, 2012. As the tender offer period expired on February 13, 2013, MC hereby announces the result of the tender offer as stated in the Attachment.
