There have been reports in some news media regarding the sale of our shares in KFC Holdings Japan, Ltd., as well as the privatization of its shares. However, this information was not announced by Mitsubishi Corporation.

We are conducting various considerations including capital policies such as the sale of our shares to aim at enhancing the corporate value of KFC Holdings Japan, Ltd., however, no decisions have been made at this time.
