Next Leaders’ Initiative for Sustainability

The OML MENA Fellowship, run by NELIS (Next Leaders’ Initiative for Sustainability), is an integral component of a global movement aimed at nurturing over one million leaders by 2030. NELIS is a Japanese non-profit organization that has been operating since 2015.
Their programs are designed to address regional challenges through sustainable leadership development. The MENA fellowship specifically focuses on the socio-economic and environmental landscape of Arabic-speaking countries.

MCF for EMEA has partnered with NELIS to implement the OML MENA Fellowship Programme in the Middle East & North Africa, recruiting more than 100 fellows from across the MENA region.
