Tree Biotechnology Programme Trust (TBPT)

Tree Biotechnology Programme Trust (TBPT) is fully registered under the laws of Kenya as a Trust, operating to enhance production of targeted forest products to improve the living standards of rural families in Kenya. This organization was established in 1997 as a project and became fully legalized as a Trust in 2007.

MCF for EMEA has partnered with TBPT to work on a project that aims to enhance the capacities of local communities in the conservation of indigenous trees and livelihood improvement in the Gazi-Bay area of Kwale County, Kenya.
