Introducing Skilio, an innovative soft skill analytics software developed by a homegrown startup based in the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD). Skilio is an exceptional tool that enables students to track and measure the development of their soft skills such as leadership, teamwork, communication, and adaptability.

Mitsubishi Corporation Singapore has played a vital role in supporting Skilio to scale our impact. The funding and guidance has been instrumental in providing the resources and support needed to bring Skilio's impact to scale.

Skilio partners with educational organizations, such as schools, non-profit and social enterprises in the youth sector, including Junior Achievement, YMCA, and Halogen, to roll out the software into youth development programs. During the implementation period between November 2020 to November 2021, over 1602 students between the ages of 13-25 have benefitted from the Skilio platform through this program.

Skilio is a powerful tool for developing soft skills, which are essential for students to succeed in the modern world. With Skilio, students can easily track their progress and get feedback on areas they need to improve. This platform offers an excellent opportunity for students to hone their soft skills, which are essential for personal and professional growth.
