General Manager, Mr Kitagawa attended the Annual General Meeting of SICC (Singapore International Chamber of Commerce) held on May 18th as one of the Board Director. Ministry for Finance Mr. Tharman was invited as the special guest and delivered a special speech in the meeting. Establised in 1837, SICC is the oldest chamber of commerce in Asia and it has a membership strength of about 800 companies, mostly multinational companies located in Singapore and locally-owned business enterprises, which in total represents more than 40 nationalities. Mr Kitagawa was appointed as SICC's Board Director in 2006 as the only representative from the Japanese business community.
