Mitsubishi Corporation has announced that at a meeting held today the Company’s Board of Directors established the terms regarding the distribution of stock options to Directors, Executive Officers and Senior Vice Presidents (“riji”) of the Company, which were resolved by the Board of Directors to distribute to Executive Officers and Senior Vice Presidents (“riji”) but put on hold due to overseas assignment.
