Agreement to acquire interest in Aurukun Bauxite Project

Mitsubishi Corporation is pleased to announce it has reached an agreement with Glencore Plc to acquire a 30% interest in the Aurukun Bauxite Project in Australia currently wholly owned by Glencore.
