Hawaii Renewables

This project relates to Hawaii Renewables, LLC (Hawaii Renewables), a joint venture established to produce renewable fuels at the Kapolei refinery operated by Par Pacific Holdings, Inc., including its subsidiaries and affiliates (Par Pacific), in Kapolei, Hawaii. Mitsubishi Corporation participates in the project through Alohi Renewable Energy LLC, a joint venture formed with ENEOS Corporation.
Hawaii Renewables is intended to leverage Par Pacific’s existing refining and logistics infrastructure at the Kapolei refinery. The facility is designed to enable the production of approximately 61 million gallons per year of renewable diesel (RD), sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), renewable naphtha, and low-carbon liquefied petroleum gases.
