EAT
EAT is a global, non-profit organization dedicated to transforming the global food system through sound science, impatient disruption and novel partnerships.
EAT was founded by the Stordalen Foundation, Stockholm Resilience Centre and the Wellcome Trust to catalyse a food system transformation. EAT works across science and academia, business, policy and civil society to address the food-health-sustainability nexus.
The MCFEA launched a partnership with EAT from 2019 to enhance and accelerate food systems transformation in African cities with impacts extending well beyond municipal boundaries.
