Relief Aid for Victims of Heavy Rain Damage in Akita Prefecture, July 2023

Mitsubishi Corporation has donated JPY 10 million （approx. USD 71,000） through the Japan Red Cross Society as emergency relief for the regions in Japan affected by the torrential rain that struck mainly in Akita prefecture, beginning July 14th. 
Mitsubishi Corporation opened a branch office in Akita last November, and has since been working together with the local community to revitalize the region. 

We would like to express our sincere condolences to the victims of this tragedy, and pray for the earliest possible recovery of the afflicted areas.
