Notice regarding the status of share repurchases

Mitsubishi Corporation, at the Board of Directors meeting held on April 3, 2025, resolved to repurchase its own shares pursuant to Paragraph 1, Article 459 of the Companies Act and the provisions of the Articles of Incorporation. The status of the share repurchases is as attached below.
