Notice Regarding Reports in the Media （2）

There have been certain reports regarding that we are in the process of withdrawing from our Japanese offshore wind power generation projects* developed by our subsidiary, Mitsubishi Corporation Offshore Wind Ltd., as a representative company, in some news media. We are currently considering all options including the withdrawal from the projects, however, there is no decision has been made at this point.

* Projects in three Japanese sea areas (1) Noshiro City, Mitane Town and Oga City (Akita Prefecture), (2) Yurihonjo City (Akita Prefecture) and (3) Choshi City (Chiba Prefecture).
