Power Solution Group consists - International Power Div., Utility Retail Div., Power Business Development Div., and Domestic Power Business Office. Our group is responsible for producing (generating) renewable energy, adjusting electricity that fluctuates by the weather (supply-demand adjustment), and delivering adjusted electricity along with high value-added services. We are engaged in a variety of initiatives to meet customer demands through these businesses in the value chain.
Our aim is to contribute to the society's sustainability and realization of decarbonization through renewable energy business that significantly contributes to decarbonization, power trading business in particular spot and futures trading in the power market for supply-demand management to compensate for the intermittency of renewable energy, and the development of green hydrogen business which is expected to be the next-generation energy resource enabling decarbonization of the non-electrified areas, our counterparties who benefits from our value added services.

International Power Division
International Power Division - are involved in the power generation business and power trading business in Americas, also expanding fields in Europe through Eneco, an integrated energy company in the Netherlands, which we acquired with Chubu Electric Power in March 2020.
In Americas, large-scale power generation business, distributed solar generation business and power trading business are the main activities in US and Mexico, through Diamond Generating Corporation. Focus is on renewable energy supply business such as offshore wind power, but at the same time expansion of flex power sources and establishing new energy value chain utilizing digital technology, fulfilling the stability demand by the customers.
In Europe, Eneco - mainly focusing its markets in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany - is developing renewable energy power generation business as well as electricity / gas retail service and EaaS by utilizing its own created high accuraccy digital integration platform.
Eneco is an advanced integrated energy company that has set its goal achieving carbon neutrality by 2035 and providing customer-focused service, at very early stage.

Utility Retail Division
Utility Retail Division engages in power trading and retail business in both domestic and overseas markets. For the Power Trading business, through the Irish company, where Ireland having high penetration rate with renewable energies, offers various services in Ireland and Japan to promote renewable energies.
For the Power Retail business, do invest in a power service company in Great Britian which has strengths in digital technologies, also who invests into startup entity serving electricity to off-grid areas in Africa. Also involved in a retail service in Japan after the deregulation adopted back in 2016.

Power Business Development Division
Power Business Development Div. is working to further develop the conventional power business and leverage the comprehensive strengths of the Mitsubishi Corporation Group to create new value that will bring innovation to the industrial structure through renewable energy.
Notably aiming to develop a green hydrogen business to support and structure decarbonization to the non-electrified areas and establishing renewable energy value chain.
Development and operation of a power transmission business that connects renewable energy to the demand, commercialization of new technologies for decarbonization to solve the unique challenges of renewable energy itself own, and finally transforming existing business models in growing markets such as Asia and Oceania, are another part of its role.

Nexamp is a distributed solar energy company in the United States. Its operations include the development, construction, operation, maintenance and management of distributed solar assets.
Boston Energy Trading and Marketing LLC
Boston Energy Trading and Marketing is engaged in the electricity trading and energy management business in the US, conducting fuel procurement and electricity sales to power plants, along with the supply of power to retail companies.
N.V. Eneco
Eneco - mainly focusing on markets in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany - is developing its renewable power generation business as well as its electricity / gas trading, electricity / gas retail, and district heating supply businesses.

MC Retail Energy Co., Ltd.
MC Retail Energy is an electricity retailer that was formed as a joint venture among MC, Chubu Electric Power Miraiz Co., Inc. and Lawson, Inc. Under its Machi-Ene (lit. "Town Energy") brand, the company has been supplying electricity to households and other customers since April 2016.
ElectroRoute Holdings Limited
ElectroRoute is engaged in spot, futures, international, and other forms of energy trading in the matured European energy market. The company is a comprehensive service provider offering energy-trade support to power producers, end consumers and retailers. It has also expanded its business activities to Japan, a region where energy market deregulation progresses, through the establishment of ElectroRoute Japan K.K.
OVO Group Limited
OVO is one of the UK's largest domestic electricity and gas retail suppliers, serving approx 4 million customers. Utilizing digital and smart technologies, company has been developing its supply of renewable energy and various new services linked to household electrical appliances and vehicles.
Bboxx Limited
Bboxx is engaged in a distributed power supply project for off-grid areas in Africa using its Solar Home System that combines solar power generation, storage batteries, and home appliances. Plan is to expand services further for off-grid areas, including LPG and irrigation pumps, while utilizing the company's real-time remote monitoring system.

Diamond Generating Asia, Limited (DGA)
DGA functions as MC's power generation platform in Southeast Asia, Oceania and the Middle East—regions where energy demand continues to grow. The company is working to expand its operations throughout the region to meet such demand.
Furthermore, DGA Energy Solutions Australia was established in Melbourne, Australia in 2023 and is engaged in development of next-generation energy projects.

Diamond Transmission Corporation, acting as the platform of MC's transmission business in Europe, is engaged in the submarine power transmission business that transmits renewable electricity generated from offshore wind farms to onshore power grids.

Mitsubishi Corporation Offshore Wind Ltd.(MCOW)
Mitsubishi Corporation Offshore Wind Ltd. (MCOW) took over Mitsubishi Corporation Energy Solutions Ltd. (MCES)’s offshore wind power generation business in July 2022, along with below three projects awarded to the consortium led by MCES under the Act on Promoting the Utilization of Sea Areas for the Development of Marine Renewable Energy Power Generation Facilities back in December 2021.

With Japan’s low energy self-sufficiency rate and its unique geogrophical location charatcer surrounded by ocean on all side, offshore wind power will be an extremely important power source for Japan's energy security. MCOW is committed to contribute to the realization of a carbon-neutral society by 2050 (goal set by Japanese Government), through its efforts to successfully commission three offshore wind power projects, which will also be listed as an important milestone in Japan’s energy policy.

Mitsubishi Corporation Clean Energy Ltd. has always put high importance and values in coexistence and co-creation with local communities for decades. Continue to develop, operate and provide solutions for renewable energy power generation projects including onshore wind, solar, hydroelectric, and biomass are the mission.
Will also put efforts on carbon reduction, ie : reducing GHG emmissions from the thermal power generation, by cooperating/collaborating closely with customers, partners, and local communities, fulfilling thier requirements which one of the priority is the stable energy supply. Through those projects, we will develop our own clean power portfolio, providing solutions to our customers, and contributing to realization of a carbon-neutrality.
