Mitsubishi Corporation hereby announces that the Board of Directors today approved thefollowing proposed changes to representative director.

This change is subject to finalapproval at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for June 21, 2019 and the Board of Directors’ meeting to be held thereafter.
