Partial Amendment to the Articles of Incorporation

Mitsubishi Corporation has announced that at a regular meeting of the Board of Directors held on April 19, 2019, a resolution was passed to submit a motion for seeking the approval of partial amendment to the Articles of Incorporation to the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2019, scheduled to be held on June 21, 2019. 

The details of the amendment to Article 29 are shown as attached.
