The Urban Development & Infrastructure Group engages in domestic and overseas urban development / management, real estate development / operations, data centers to support our digital society, shipping / spacecraft, industrial machinery, and energy infrastructure business, etc. Under the group's mission of "creating cities, societies and the future" and while comprehensively integrating our real estate industry and industrial infrastructure industry know-how that we have built up over many years, the group seeks to create a vibrant future by taking the lead in addressing social challenges / development and improving urban value.

Infrastructure, Ship & Aerospace Division
The Infrastructure, Ship & Aerospace Division undertakes business investment in the engineering and industrial infrastructure domain, along with ship / FPSO owning and operation, and other business involving aircraft, electronics, and naval systems for Japan’s Ministry of Defense. By leveraging its project coordination capabilities amassed through such businesses, the division will provide high value-added services that address the managerial challenges of its customers, and persist in carrying out initiatives that facilitate sustainable growth in related industries and contribute to creating a vibrant future society.

Industrial Machinery Division
In the industrial machinery business, the Industrial Machinery Division provides solutions that help address challenges in related industries based on its expansive industrial footprint and extensive customer network. It engages in construction solutions, infrastructure EPC, distribution, and facility management business globally, with a focus on Japan, the Americas, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
