Know MC's [Office] Welcome to MC’s office

Located in the Marunouchi district of Tokyo's Chiyoda Ward, MC's head office was completely renovated in the fall of 2023. Its redesigned workspaces use a free-addressing system, which encourages employees to sit wherever they please from one day to the next. The office also now incorporates a wide variety of meeting spaces, all designed to promote lively interactions and discourse. MC will continue to adapt its working environments in ways that best stimulate employees who work from the office.

In addition to offering employees an inviting and refreshing space to relax and interact, Lounge 5 is designed to encourage communication among employees from different internal organizations and floors. Many employees enjoy gathering in Lounge 5, from where they also have an unobstructed view of the Imperial Palace.

The employees' cafeteria contributes to a healthy workforce by providing nutritious and well-balanced meals. Furthermore, as it is situated in the Marunouchi Nakadori Building, which is located between the two buildings comprising MC's head office (the Mitsubishi Shoji Building and the Marunouchi Park Building), it also functions as a hub for cross-organizational and cross-generational communication.

MC's head office includes a wide variety of conference rooms and reception spaces designed to facilitate all manner of meetings and receive guests in comfortable surroundings.
